Returns and Refunds

FOR RETURNS:

We will gladly accept your purchased item unused within 14 days. If in original boxes and packaging and are free of any visible damage or defects. Buyer Agrees to pay all return shipping/pick up fees. If game tables are assembled there is a strict NO return policy. We will exchange game table or arcade for store credit or an item of equal or lesser value minus a $499 pick up fee, if installed by CPGR.

Billiard Cloth Accessory kits and game room items under $500*: There is a $7.50 restocking fee on all opened, unused cloth (Please check that all rail fabric is there and there aren’t any stains, rips or cuts.)

Any items assembled by the purchaser can not be returned or exchanged.

CLOTH RETURN/RESTOCKING DISCLAIMERS

  • If a cloth is returned in unopened/new condition due to customer ordering wrong size or color, a $7.50 restocking fee will be charged. 
  • Each piece of cloth is inspected for flaws prior to shipping but we are not responsible for variations in final product.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
